Du kommer att stormtrivas att plugga engelska i denna stad, känd som en av världens mest omtyckta städer och uppvärmd av den heta afrikanska solen! Staden är omgiven av berg, gröna dalar och där möts även två hav. Missa absolut inte Waterfront, där du kan shoppa, äta och hänga med kompisar - en favorit bland studenter.

Under din lediga tid kan du passa på att åka på en EF-aktivitet såsom safari, marknader för att shoppa souvenirer, besöka en vingård eller prova en äventyrssport.

Alternativen är många och du kan välj att jobba i en organisation som har på fokus på miljö, utbildning eller sociala frågor alternativt hjälpa till i ett naturreservat med apor. Du kan antingen jobba parallellt med dina engelskstudier alternativt åka och bo och jobba i ett närliggande samhälle då du avslutat dina studier.

Shakespeare in the Park

An exotic alternative to the original initiative in London's Regent's Park, Shakespeare in the Park features a different play every summer at Cape Town's Maynardville Open-Air Theatre. Picnics in the nearby park complete this cultural night out under the stars.

Infecting The City is a performing arts festival held in Cape Town's streets and public spaces. Talented creative artists from around the world investigate a new theme every year through collaborative performance works, art installations, choreographed pieces and public interventions.

The Cape Argus Pick 'n' Pay Cycle Tour is the biggest timed cycle tour in the world, attracting 35,000 international entrants. The 109km challenge around the beautiful Cape Peninsula provides great entertainment for spectators too.
